Rebuild the option panel

The goal is to better organize the structure of the options panel, given the large number of available settings.
A sidebar will be added to display each main section, and by clicking on a section, the available options will be shown, instead of displaying the sections one after another.
Attached is a graphic draft of what the final result could look like.
Please note that the draft was created in a short time, simply to show a general idea of how the structure could look. Therefore, it contains several imperfections.
