Score-card & ranking for cost

Besides customer feedback also include internal cost in feature ranking and use a score-card approach in conjunction with feedback data.

For example, the internal cost info can be based on the Kano model, MoSCoW method, cost of delay, risk based, ICE (Impact Confidence Ease), RICE (Reach Impact Confidence Ease), or simply estimated development cost.
