Collecting feedback for idea
We managed unofficial group of NW without moderating posts before publishing them. We let the members publish their own idea, concern, etc and then if it needs moderation we apply it.
The official NW Facebook is moderated by a few group of members such as CAs and one staff. We believe the moderation should be applied after the member posts because otherwise we are not aware of many posts that are not published by this group of members.
