OR Filters

an option to define an OR relationship between 2 filters? Example: we've got a "Person" column which is usually the programmer or person in charge, we also have a "QA Person" column. I'm usually assigned in the "QA Person" but sometimes I'm also assigned in the "Person" column. When I've tried setting this up I got only the pulses where I'm assigned in both.
