LL: An extra good amount $ at the end of the year for the staff. MSQ: is what I see as a common suggestion, but taking that further, I think a good way to introduce that would be looking at it month by month striving to the end of year. So, each month there is a target to reach and if we exceed the target by ‘X’ amount the a small percentage of that would go to all staff. Obviously money is the ideal bonus so, I propose that instead of using that small percentage every month, it is saved until the end of the year and divided up to all staff for xmas?? And this gives all an incentive to work towards. Or? If the gratification is wanted a lot sooner then 6months? Or, even less maybe a morning tea or lunch shout, after end of month.
